Custom Media Area in a Basement Game Room
This customer had a vision for turning his game room and lounge area in his basement into a custom-designed media area.
I executed his vision by framing out a recessed wall, installed a brick-finish paneling, mounting the TV to the new framing, and trimmed out the entire space to match the existing wood paneling.

Basement storage room build
This long-time customer bought a lovely new house only to realize its finished basement had very little storage.
They wanted to enclose an open space at the bottom of the stairs to make a storage closet. I did the full build-out, including customizing a door to fit the space and matching the existing trim. To save costs, I left the priming and painting for them to complete.
Now this unused corner is a large, useful closet for seasonal storage and looks like it always should have been there!

Privacy Fence Replacement
Before: rundown privacy fence and inoperable gate
After: new posts, privacy panels, and gate
This customer's old cedar privacy fence had fallen into disrepair. The pickets were rotting and falling off the supports and the supports became crooked over time so the gate no longer operated.
The customer removed the old fence and supports to save on costs. I then sunk new supports into concrete and constructed custom privacy panels and a new gate, giving the entire area a renewed appearance.

Rebuild of Back Entry Steps
These back entry steps had been treated as an afterthought. The owner wanted a landing where grocery bags could be set down while opening the door and wanted a safer back entrance.
I demolished the previous steps, set posts properly on concrete footings, constructed a reoriented set of steps with a generous landing, and built a proper railing and handrail all out of economical treated lumber.
